Find a flow that
fits your schedule

We believe that Yoga can be sweaty, fun, empowering, uplifting, meditative and more, and therefore, our schedule reflects the diversity of Yoga and the community we serve. Check out our daily schedule with a variety of classes for all levels of ability and experience.

We are a Vinyasa Yoga studio, which is a style of Yoga rooted in the Ashtanga Yoga tradition where the postures are linked together by the breath.  We offer a variety of classes (some heated and some not) to accommodate everyone–regardless of experience or ability.  Whether you are looking for a challenge or a relaxing oasis, you can find it here.  Practice with us In Studio or Online (7 days a week!)

Sound Healing with Alex Ballew

Tuesday, July 23rd; 7:00-8:15pm

and 8:45-10pm

$35 /Person

(Mark your calendars! Registration opens in July)

Join us for a special sound immersion at Southern Star Yoga with Alex Ballew of Secret River Sounds.

The studio will be filled with deep tones from gongs, gentle melodies from the crystal harp, vibrations from singing bowls, drums, didgeridoos, rain sticks, bells, chimes and more. Drift into the stillness below the mind and access the parasympathetic nervous system for an opportunity to let go, rejuvenate, feel grounded and become deeply relaxed. Participants have an opportunity for emotional revelation, a chance to connect with themselves and ultimately tap into their innate ability for self healing.

Yoga4All:

A Program offering FREE studio membership to those in financial hardship.

Applications for Summer 2024 are due May, 31st

Teachers at the studio who don’t wish to be paid for teaching have offered to donate all or a portion of their pay to purchase a discounted membership for those who might not have the disposable income to take classes at the studio. That income will be used to fund our Yoga4All membership program, which offers free yoga membership to those making less than $40,000 per year. All are welcome to apply, although we have a special interest in single parents and those from minority groups (BIPOC & LGBTQ+). We will choose new recipients each semester. We are currently accepting applications and nominations for our spring Yoga4All program. Please fill out this application form and email to us.
