Arm Balances & Inversions Workshop

Arm balances and inversions can be challenging, because they require a great deal of upper body and core strength, as well as flexibility.  In this 2 hour class, we will warm up to some basic arm balances and inversions (like crow, firefly, and forearm balance). Beginners can work on these basics–honing their skills–while Intermediate yogis can blend these tricky postures together for some hybrid fun on the mat.  Pre-requisite: an open mind, a sense of adventure, and an ability to support weight in your hands (healthy wrists!). Sat, Mar. 24th; 10:30AM-12:30PM Register Now:  $20 for Members/ $25 Non-Members
