Prenatal Yoga: An Introduction to Yoga for Pregnancy

Fridays in January (5th, 12th, 19th, 26th); 12-1 pm
This is a slow-moving class which focuses on stretching and breathing practices to help alleviate the common discomforts of pregnancy and to prepare the expectant mother for childbirth and beyond. Taught by Stevi Self, yoga therapist and certified pre-natal Yoga teacher.
