Yoga and Mindfulness for Stress Workshop

Do you feel overextended?  Have difficulty focusing or calming the mind? Do you struggle with anxiety or stress and want to learn ways to settle yourself that don’t come from a bottle?  Learn to calm and slow your mind and enjoy the benefits of deep relaxation in this 3-week workshop for beginners to seasoned practitioners. We will practice breathing and relaxation techniques and gentle yoga postures specifically curated to address the symptoms of stress-related anxiety. Each class will end with guided meditation that will help you learn to let go of the mental chatter and find a greater sense of ease in the body and mind.  No experience necessary.

Sundays:  November 12th, 19th, & 26th;  3:00-4:30 p.m.
