Learn to calm and slow your mind and enjoy the benefits of deep relaxation in this 3-week workshop for beginners to seasoned practitioners. We will practice breathing and relaxation techniques and gentle yoga postures specifically curated to address the symptoms of stress-related anxiety. Each class will end with guided meditation that will help you learn to let go of the mental chatter and find a greater sense of ease in the body and mind. No experience necessary.
