Yoga for Healthy Backs

Join us for this 4 week therapeutic series of Yoga for back care taught by Stevi Self, E-RYT 500 and CYT (Certified Yoga Therapist). If you are dealing with chronic pain from a genetic condition, injury or degeneration, this class will help you to strengthen the muscles that support the spine,  stretch the muscles that can be common culprits in back pain, and use mindful breathing to help you manage pain in a way that is healthy and proactive.  (Please consult your physician first if you have had recent surgery that might prohibit some movements.)

4 Week Session in Nov/Dec (Nov. 27th-Dec. 21st) :  Mondays & Thursdays 12-1pm ; $90 for all 8 classes or $18/class (We recommend attending all sessions if possible.)9W5A9867
