Vow Fitness Classes

VOW is a workout that combines ballet, yoga, dance, cardio & core exercises to lengthen and strengthen the muscles of your body. This one hour workout flies by with seamless sequences and transitions that give you a total body workout that will change the way you look and feel.

VOW is cancelled this Tuesday and Thursday, June 2nd and 4th. Sorry for the inconvenience, but please join us next week!
