Join us at the Oxford Academy of Dance Arts for an introductory workshop in AcroYoga–a system born of the ancient wisdom of Yoga, the playfulness of acrobatics, and the sensitivity of the healing arts:
Acroyoga FUNdamentals and Flying Therapeutics Workshops
Come experience and explore the playful and multidimensional practice of Acroyoga with Kate Ferguson and Joe Stein of AcroNOLA. They will introduce you to the basic elements of the Acroyoga practice through a science of progression, beginning with the FUNdamentals. They will make the building blocks accessible to everyone, of all ages, shapes and sizes in a safe, fun and loving environment. While individuals will begin to realize their own potential through this dynamic embodiment of acrobatic and therapeutic partnership, this practice also transcends the individual, and cultivates connection and trust among each other and builds a conscious loving community.
