“Yoga Teens: Where being ‘grounded’ is a good thing.”
6 Sundays, 1-2pm (1/25-3/1)
Yoga Teens is an on-going workshop for middle school and high school teens (ages 12-16). We will stretch and strengthen, work and play. We will practice communication and trust through group and partner work. We will also learn the art of relaxation and letting go of it all. The main objective is to have fun and connect with other teens while strengthening ourselves from the inside out.
